Robotics company establishing US headquarters in Pittsburgh

Robotics solutions provider Spyrosoft is establishing a U.S. headquarters in Pittsburgh. The Poland-based company serves industries including agriculture, inspection, construction, mining, automotive and health care.

Founded in 2016, Spyrosoft provides solutions including computer vision, robot mobility, communication, operation, intelligence and human-robot interactions. Its customer base includes Pittsburgh-based PPG Industries, and the company recently became a member of the Pittsburgh Robotics Network, according to a news release.

“Pittsburgh is truly a city of innovation, and Spyrosoft is proud to add our U.S. headquarters to this ecosystem,” Piotr Anioła, co-founder and CEO of Spyrosoft Synergy S.A., said in the release. “We believe that Pittsburgh is the best location to share our extensive robotics expertise. We look forward to collaborating with the tech and robotics community, including local companies, to drive robotics innovation and develop groundbreaking projects.”

Spyrosoft employs more than 1,500 people in eight countries across four continents.
