Premier Tech introduces new robotic nut sorting machine
Premier Tech has introduced a new robotic nut sorting machine with a processing capacity of up to 5,000 pounds per hour.
The Prairie SCP-2100 Robotic Nut Sorting Machine removes defects from nuts including almonds and pecans and sorts the product into multiple streams for easy repurposing, according to a news release.

Using artificial intelligence technology, the sorter is adjustable to desired grading quality, and its precision sorting capabilities help maximize yield, according to the release.
It is available in the U.S. and Canada, according to Premier Tech’s website.
