Companies join forces to launch new stainless steel conveyors

Conveyor technology companies Garvey and Dorner, with more than 100 years of combined manufacturing experience, have launched a new line of stainless steel conveyors.

The AquaGard GT Stainless Steel Conveyors merge the best attributes of Garvey’s GT series conveyor with Dorner’s AquaGard 7100 sanitary stainless-steel conveyor, according to a news release.

The new design easily integrates with accumulation systems and other machinery to create a fully automated processing line for bottling, canning and food processing applications at a lower price point, according to the release.

The AquaGard GT is designed to carry product at the widest variance of speeds. Primarily designed for packaged good transport, the conveyor’s modular construction and engineering ensure quick production line design and re-design, as well as precise and reliable movement.  

Its integration extends to smooth transitions and optimized throughput in end-of-line packaging and palletizers, according to the release.
