UC Davis program to explore trends, best practices in bottling

The University of California, Davis Department of Viticulture & Enology is presenting a Bottling & Packaging program on Feb. 15.

The event, to be held from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the UC Davis Conference Center, will explore the latest technologies, trends and best practices in bottling and packaging.

An early registration discount is available through Jan. 24. Registration remains open until Jan. 31, with late onsite registration available from Feb. 1. Livestream registration closes Feb. 14.

In-person registration may be permitted after Feb. 8 but cannot be guaranteed.

Topics include general bottling line quality control, alternative packaging and latest closure technologies.
