Hands-On HACCP for the Fresh-Cut Industry, May 17-19

The Hands-On HACCP for the Fresh-Cut Industry course still has space available. The three-day course runs May 17-19 at the University of Georgia in Athens. Dr. Bill Hurst coordinates the class, and other speakers include food safety specialists and industry leaders.
