Experienced HR professional joins JLS

A human resources professional with three decades of experience across several industries has joined robotic systems packaging producer JLS.

Duane Carter is the York, Pennsylvania-based company’s new vice president of human resources.

Carter, most recently the operations human resource leader at TE Connectivity, has also held HR roles at Pfizer, Tyco Electronics and The Stewart Companies.

He will report to Craig Wolfe, JLS chief operating officer.

“Duane is a strategic and innovative leader in human resources, and we are happy to welcome him to the JLS team,” Wolfe said in a news release.

“As we continue to grow, Duane’s multi-industry experience and hands-on approach will help drive a high-performance culture.”
