PMMI launches work products aimed at improving operational efficiency
Two new work products from PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, and its its OpX Leadership Network are designed to improve operational efficiency.
Operator Training Standardization (OTS) and Data Management Standardization (DMS) aim to accelerate onboarding, strengthen data practices, and elevate overall performance, according to a news release.
Facilitated by PMMI, the OpX Leadership Network is led by consumer packaged goods (CPG) executives and supported by manufacturing, engineering and operations professionals committed to advancing operational excellence.
The OTS and DMS work products are a result of community-led discussions, in which industry leaders identified common operational challenges and collaborated on best practices and innovative solutions.
