New bagged pepper product available nationwide

Ark Foods’ bagged pepper program, featured earlier this month during the Southeast Produce Council’s Exposure trade show, is now available nationwide.

The program includes jalapeno and Cubanelle peppers along with a hot pepper medley.

Each package features recipes, a history of the pepper’s origin and a spice meter, according to a news release.

Given consumers’ interest in home cooking and global flavors, chili peppers lend themselves to a curiosity in the kitchen that we’re seeing more now than ever,” Noah Robbins, founder and CEO of Ark Foods, said in the release.

“Renowned for their ability to infuse dishes with both heat and depth, chili peppers have surged in demand and benefit from a growing consumer appreciation for diverse cuisines and spicy fare.”
