DeltaTRAK will display TTI technology at United Fresh

DeltaTRAK will showcase its newest TTI cold chain technology at the United Fresh 2013 show (booth#1508), in San Diego May 15-16.

DeltaTRAK’s ThermoTrace TTI solution is designed to provide customers with a cost effective way to use 2D bar codes combined with chemical label technology to monitor accumulated temperature abuse of products as they travel through the cold chain. The technology was selected as a finalist in United’s Best New Products award competition.

“With our TTI solution customers can cost effectively collect and save temperature information along with the data required by the Produce Traceability Initiative,” said Frederick Wu, president and CEO of DeltaTRAK. “The system works with standard barcode reader technology making it easy to integrate into the customer’s environment and procedures.”

DeltaTRAK's TTI cold chain solution includes the ThermoTrace TTI labels and the ThermoTrace TTI Service. Once the barcode is scanned a predefined product quality message appears on the screen of the reader. Messages can be customized through the TTI Service making it possible for customers to present the needed information to the person scanning the label. Every scan is saved to the cloud-based TTI Service, which provides addition services such as email notifications, text messaging and reporting.
