Ready Pac hires VP of sales

Ready Pac Foods has promoted Andrea Dimond, former Nestlé leader, to vice president of sales. Dimond joined Ready Pac Foods in April 2016 with more than 25 years of sales and distribution experience within several brands under Nestlé and Bimbo Bakeries.

In her role, Dimond is responsible for leading the Direct Store Delivery (DSD), Southwest Region, National Natural and Small Format Sales Teams to success through continued distribution expansion through a variety of formats. Dimond reports directly to Chief Sales Officer Jay Ellis and is based in the Irwindale, California office.

Dimond previously spent 20 years at Nestlé, most recently leading the Albertson’s and Bashas sales teams in California and Arizona. Through her various roles in sales and distribution for Nestlé, Dimond consistently led her teams to exceed year-end sales targets, and managing a product portfolio comprised of 30 brands across seven categories. During this time, she was honored with the Grand Standings Award for Top Area Sales on a national level, and Outstanding Performance Recognition Awards.
