PACK EXPO Las Vegas registration fees to increase next month
Sustainability will be a main focus of PACK EXPO Las Vegas, which kicks off Sept. 29 in Las Vegas. Registration for the event is $30 through Sept. 5, after which the price increases to $130.
Event presenter PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, will emphasize sustainability through exhibits including Sustainability Central, a show-floor resource where experts will lead sessions exploring the challenges facing the packaging and processing industry.
“These free sessions will explore every aspect of sustainability,” David Newcorn, president of PMMI Media Group, said in a news release. “Attendees will hear fresh perspectives from industry leaders and gain powerful insights to make their brands sustainability leaders.”
Session topics will include solutions for streamlining operations as well as updates on legislation.
In addition, sustainability tours will provide insight and showcase cutting-edge solutions. Tour participation is free but space is limited, and participation is subject to approval. Tour applications, available online, should be submitted soon. Applicants will receive an update by Aug. 15, according to PMMI.
PACK EXPO Las Vegas, marking its 30-year anniversary, will feature 2,300 exhibitors and is expected to attract 35,000 attendees, according to the release. The event will feature more than 100 educational sessions and eight specialty pavilions.
