Oregon IFT Food Ingredient Expo comes to Portland
The Oregon Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Food Ingredient Expo, called FIX, will come to the DoubleTree Lloyd Center in Portland, Oregon on Monday, Feb. 26.
FIX is organized to bring suppliers of food ingredients and technical services together under one roof.
This annual event is the primary fundraiser for Oregon Section IFT.
“FIX provides the funds we use for student scholarships and travel awards, speakers and subsidies for our dinner meetings, and charitable donations such as the Oregon Food Bank,” Oregon Section IFT wrote.
The event is FREE to attend, and open to everyone interested in the food industry. You do not have to be a member of OSIFT.
