“We enjoy exhibiting in Florida, where our roots run deep,” Elyse Lipman, CEO of Lipman Family Farms, said in a news release. “SEPC is a well-attended show, which allows us to showcase that we are now fully vertically integrated in Florida and have full control of our supply chain, including our fresh-cut line, which provides cost-efficient solutions to retail and foodservice decision makers.”

Lipman’s products include pico de gallo blends, fajita blends, and custom diced and sliced tomatoes, peppers, and onions in various pack types for retail and deli. Its club pack features sliced tomatoes and onions in ready-to-serve trays.

Lipman also recently acquired Northeast Produce, a Connecticut-based tomato repacker.
