Lamb Weston introduces flat-style french fries for foodservice
Lamb Weston is looking to add something “more exciting” to the french fry market for foodservice operators.
The company’s Seashore-Style Flats have a unique flat cut and are seasoned with black pepper, garlic and sea salt.
“According to Datassential’s research, 54% of customers crave more exciting fry options,” said Kim Cupelli, vice president of marketing. “We took that knowledge to our kitchen and created a unique fry shape and flavored it with distinct seasonings to deliver bold flavor and big results for our operators.”
