Duravant launches aftermarket equipment service network
Equipment manufacturer Duravant has launched Lifecycle Services, a global network of aftermarket organizations supporting its automated solutions for the food processing, packaging and material handling sectors.
Duravant Lifecycle Services will support delivery of equipment needs from purchase to installation, parts and maintenance and end-of-life and replacement, according to a news release.
Services offered include spare parts and consumables; repair, retrofits and refurbishment; installation and maintenance services; training, audit and protection plans; and digital and industrial Internet of Things solutions.
“Duravant Lifecyle Services is a mechanism for our customers to benefit from Duravant’s scale and collective strengths,” Hans Van der Aa, senior vice president of Duravant Lifecycle Services, said in the release.
“This new approach and rebranding for our Lifecycle Services teams is built on a center of excellence model that helps our companies coordinate globally to create new opportunities for improving services locally.”
Headquartered in Illinois, Duravant is an engineered equipment company with manufacturing, sales and service facilities throughout North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
