BranchOut Food debuts new snack, salad topper products
Food technology company BranchOut Food debuted new snack products at the Natural Products Expo West, held March 13-15 in Anaheim, California.
The company, which produces dehydrated fruit and vegetable-based products, introduced a Snack Pack line aimed at school lunches as well as a new line of salad toppers.
“These products are part of our growth strategy and extend the company’s reach outside of the snacking category and into two additional use cases,” BranchOut Foods CEO Eric Healy said in a news release.
The Snack Pack products are bundled in five packs of single-serve bags and utilize BranchOut’s GentleDry technology to preserve up to 95% of the natural flavor and nutrition of fresh fruits and vegetables, according to the release.
Offerings include chewy banana, pineapple chips, carrot sticks and bell pepper crisps.
The salad topper products include crispy bell peppers, avocados and mandarins.
“We have already had early interest from major retailers in these new lines and look forward to updating the market on new partnerships,” Healy said.
