Specialty baby food brand opens new Alaska manufacturing facility

Bambino’s Baby Food, which produces kosher and organic meals, has opened a new manufacturing facility in Anchorage, Alaska.

“Bambino’s is about nurturing from the very beginning and all the way through life, with healthy, natural, and delicious food,” said founder and CEO of Bambino’s, Zoi Maroudas.

Bambino’s Baby Food opens a new facility in Anchorage, Alaska, which will employ 200 workers.

The 3,000-square-foot facility employs 200 people. That number includes farmers and fisherman. Mat-Su Valley farmers grow certified organic vegetables specifically for the company.

Bambino’s said its signature product is the Peanut Mani cookie. The company describes it as the only commercially sold cookie that is proven to desensitize high-risk infants to peanut allergies.
