Urschel Thailand moves to larger facility

Urschel (Thailand) Limited has moved into a larger facility in a newly constructed building in Bangkok. The new facility was needed to accommodate growth the company has experienced since starting Urschel Thailand in 2004.

The two-story area features a spacious conference room, open office area, parts service center, a well-equipped product test cutting facility, and plenty of parking for visitors, said Urschel.

The parts service center enables authorized Urschel inspection and repair of critical components found on top-selling Urschel cutting machinery. Urschel Thailand staff are factory-trained and certified as repair technicians at Urschel corporate headquarters in the U.S. in order to provide superior service. Routine inspection and maintenance of these components by Urschel trained technicians add to the efficiency of plant operations by deterring costly downtime, according to the company.

“This new facility helps us support our customers by offering them the best service possible in a convenient location. We invite customers to schedule a test cut of their product at our new location. This is a wonderful opportunity for customers to see Urschel cutting equipment in action for themselves, and learn more about Urschel cutting technology,” stated Narongchai Jitpinidyon, sales manager of Urschel Thailand.
