Technology award finalists announced; winner to be chosen at PACK EXPO
Finalists in four categories for the Technology Excellence Awards, to be presented at PACK EXPO Las Vegas, have been announced by the Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies (PMMI).
The awards recognize the best new technology in packaging and processing being shown for the first time at a PACK EXPO event.
The 2023 expo will take place Sept. 11-13 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
More than 80 solutions suppliers submitted nominations for this year’s awards, which were reviewed by a panel of industry experts.
Laura Thompson, PMMI vice president, trade shows, announced the finalists in a video released Monday.
“The theme of PACK EXPO Las Vegas is Expect Innovation, because this show will provide more solutions and innovations under one roof than available anywhere else in North America, with more than 2,000 exhibitors spanning almost one million net square feet of exhibit space,” Thompson said.

PACK EXPO attendees will vote for the winners beginning at the show opening on Monday, Sept. 11 through noon on Tuesday, Sept. 12, via the official show app or online. Winners will be announced after noon on Sept. 12.
