Supply chain logistics company wins startup award

Supply chain logistics company ProvisionAI has won the Firestarter Trailblazers Award, given to non-venture capital-backed startups.

The award, presented to startups up to three years old, is part of the 2023 Tech Trailblazers Awards, a global program recognizing enterprise technology startups.

ProvisionAI has integrated its LevelLoad software with predecessor company Transportation Warehouse Optimization’s AutoO2. ProvisionAI now offers a three-step approach, which includes AutoO2, LevelLoad, and Early Tendering, to improve transportation operations while reducing environmental effects, according to a news release.

“Our patented technology within LevelLoad has saved clients millions in warehouse and transportation costs while improving customer service,” Thomas A. Moore, founder and CEO of Transport Optimization, said in the release. “Winning the Tech Trailblazer Award is a testament to how well our technology attains long-term transportation planning objectives despite the realities of supply chain network constraints. The results include fuller loads, higher use of preferred freight carriers, and overall lower costs.”

For more than 30 years, ProvisionAI and Transportation Warehouse Optimization have helped Fortune 500 companies including P&G, Unilever and Campbell’s reduce supply chain logistics costs, according to the release.

AutoO2 provides artificial intelligence-powered load optimization for fuller truckloads, LevelLoad offers replenishment transportation scheduling, and Early Tendering secures transportation with preferred carriers.
