Stonewall Kitchen finishes purchase of Tillen Farms

Specialty food manufacturer, Stonewall Kitchen, announced Jan. 12 that it had completed its acquisition of the Tillen Farms brand of cocktail garnishes, including pickled vegetables and Pacific Northwest cherries.

Tillen Farms produces several products in the pickled vegetable and cocktail cherry categories, with offerings like pickled asparagus, spicy dilly beans and their signature Bada Bing cherries.

Tim Metzger, the founder of Tillen Farms, said Stonewall Kitchen is the perfect fit for Tillen given that they have long been known for their strengths in product development and that, “we’ve already started working together on several new products set to launch later this year.”
