Global fruit and vegetable processing company Sormac has established a new southeast Asia hub in Bangkok. The new facility includes a fully equipped showroom and climate-controlled test area.

The initiative, in partnership with authorized Thailand dealer Primary Engineering, allows customers from across the Asia-Pacific region to perform trials using their own local products, according to a news release. Trained personnel are on hand to support customers during showroom visits and testing.

“With this initiative, we combine global expertise with a strong regional presence,” Sormac sales manager Patrick Frencken said in the release. “This allows us to support customers from the early stages of a project through to daily operation, while remaining closely connected to their local needs and market conditions.”
