Rutgers Food Innovation Center schedules HACCP class for 2014, 2015

The Rutgers Food Innovation Center (FIC) has scheduled its last training course of 2014, in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Programs, which will be held Dec.10-12, 2014. The training will take place at the FIC business incubation facility in Bridgeton, New Jersey. The course includes 20 hours of classroom instruction over two and one-half days. Participants will learn what they need for writing a HACCP plan or to develop a food safety plan based on risk-based preventative controls as required under the 2011 Food Safety Modernization Act.

Students for the December 10-12, 2014 training program are encouraged to register as soon as possible, as class-size is limited to 24, and seats are reserved only after payment of $595 is received. To register for class contact: Jean Mahoney at 856-459-1900, ext. 4510 or by email.
