Registration now open for Process Expo technology showcase

Registration for global food and equipment technology show Process Expo is now open. The event will be held Oct. 25-23 in Chicago.

Thousands of buyers, processors and packaging professionals are expected at the event at the McCormick Place Convention Center. Attendees will be able to observe three fully functional production lines featuring the latest technology behind the production of bacon, empanadas and pet treats.

“The Process Expo audience comes to Chicago looking for the latest in processing and packaging technologies for all food and beverage industry segments, and that’s exactly what they will find,” Brian Perkins, board chair of the Food Processing Suppliers Association and president of Provisur Technologies, said in a news release. “Increased automation, improved throughput, and strengthened hygienic equipment design are just of a small sample of the manufacturing solutions our customers will find at Process Expo.”

The expo will also feature a show floor and educational sessions diving into forward-thinking industry trends and research and development updates.
