McClure’s Pickles adds ready-to-drink bloody mary

McClure’s Pickles is taking its bloody mary cocktail mix a step further by getting into the ready-to-drink market.

McClure’s new ready-to-drink bloody mary cocktail is 7.5 percent vodka by volume. The Michigan-based company — also a producer of pickles, relish and  sauerkraut — uses the vodka of another Michigan company, Pigeon Hill Brewing, in its RTD bloody mary concoction.

“Not only will this be an exciting addition to liquor aisles everywhere, but it also highlights two proud Michigan brands that represent the heart of Michigan ingenuity,” said Bob McClure, co-owner of the McClure’s Pickles. “It’s an honor to be able to partner with Pigeon Hill Brewing Company.”

McClure’s uses its signature pickle brine in its bloody mary recipe, as well as garlic and dill. It comes in mild and spicy varieties.

McClure’s has manufactured, prepared and distributed authentic, gourmet-quality food products since 2006.
