Pucker up for a pickle party party this weekend

It’s a pickle party!

Controlled environment agriculture company Edible Garden AG will be celebrating the briny snack at 2024 Global Produce & Floral Show in Atlanta this weekend.

Edible Garden offers organic, raw and fermented product lines including Pickle Party, Pulp, and Squeezables. Its pickle pickings will be on display at Booth C1037.

The show is expected to attract more than 20,000 participants, including 3,000-plus buyers and more than 1,000 exhibitors. The event brings together professionals from the fresh produce and floral supply chains nationwide.

“With a strong focus on cleaner labels and better-for-you ingredients, Edible Garden is addressing what consumers are actively seeking — fresh, flavorful, and sustainable condiment options,” Jim Kras, Edible Garden CEO, said in a news release.

“Our functional products, including Pulp, Squeezables, and now Pickle Party, are redefining how consumers are experiencing condiments. Our Pickle Party kosher pickles are made in partnership with the Hermann Pickle Company, the legendary maker of flavorful fermented food products including pickles and sauerkraut.”
