Products achieve machine vision and imaging standard certification
Five products have been certified as standard-compliant at the Fall 2023 PlugFest, a testing and validation event of machine vision and imaging
The products were certified to Camera Link HS and GigE vision standards at the International Vision Standards Meeting, held Oct. 17 in Toronto, according to a news release from A3.
PlugFest is designed to help validate the interoperability of products against the standards requirements.
The following products were certified to GigE vision standard:
- Atlas10 10GigE Camera and Atlas 5GigE Camera (LUCID Vision Labs)
- AltiZ 3D Profile Sensor (Zebra Technologies)
- LX Series with 10G (Baumer)
- Genie Nano-10GigE (Teledyne DALSA)
- Falcon4-CLHS 11M (Teledyne DALSA)
IVSM meetings are supported by the global G3 group, which comprises A3, JIIA, the European Machine Vision Association (EMVA), the Mechanical Engineering Industry Association (VDMA), and the China Machine Vision Union (CMVU).
Global automation advocate A3 promotes automation technologies and innovation, hosts events including the A3 Business Forum (Jan. 15-17, Orlando, Florida), Automate (May 6-9, Chicago) and the International Robot Safety Conference (Oct. 8-10, Memphis, Tennessee).
