PND broadens its horizons in the United States

In ten months, PND has placed and confirmed 19 machines for orange, pineapple and melon processing in America for fresh-cut fruit processing.

The main success of this machine is its ability to peel green and ripe mangos by simply adjusting the air pressure on the peeling arms, according to PND. Fully constructed from stainless steel, the machine follows in the tradition of easy to clean and sanitize and allows for fast maintenance.

The company introduced a new patent-pending Strawberry de-calyx machine to remove the strawberry calyx and, if desired, cut strawberries in half or four pieces.
