PACK EXPO Southeast kicks off next month

PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, is gearing up for next month’s PACK EXPO Southeast, set for March 10-12 in Atlanta.

The show, the newest in the portfolio of event producer PMMI, will feature more than 450 exhibitors demonstrating eco-friendly solutions to reduce waste, lower costs and enhance supply chain efficiency across 110,000 net square feet of space, according to a news release.

“Sustainability is no longer an option — it’s a necessity,” Jim Pittas, PMMI president and CEO, said in the release. “PACK EXPO Southeast 2025 is designed to equip manufacturers with the latest sustainable packaging and processing innovations.

“We’re proud to bring this dynamic event to the Southeast, providing a platform for industry leaders to explore real-world solutions that drive meaningful environmental impact.”

Reusable Packaging Pavilion

Sponsored by the Reusable Packaging Association, the Reusable Packaging Pavilion will showcase solutions that help companies implement sustainable transport packaging practices.

Sustainability Solutions Finder

The Sustainability Solutions Finder resource directory connects attendees with professionally vetted suppliers offering environmentally friendly solutions at PACK EXPO Southeast. Attendees can search by sustainability feature, package type or criteria such as machinery and sustainable facilities.

Innovation Stage

The Innovation Stage features free 30-minute seminars with leading exhibitors presenting cutting-edge technologies and strategies.

Industry Speaks

Stay ahead of industry trends with insights from top PACK EXPO Partner Program experts. Key topics include workforce development, sustainable packaging, flexible packaging, food safety and evolving industry standards.

The event will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, which has achieved LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold status. The venue’s sustainability efforts include compositing, a donation program, energy savings and food rescue.
