Ossid names new regional sales manager for upper Midwest region

Tray packaging and thermoform form fill seal machinery manufacturer Ossid has hired a new regional sales manager to service its upper Midwest customer base.

Bret Inskip, with more than 10 years of technical support and managerial experience, will also help grow new business for the company’s packaging product line, according to a news release.

“It’s great to be joining this talented team of professionals here at Ossid,” Inskip said in the release. “My previous positions have given me great knowledge of the upper Midwest markets, and I’m excited to start demonstrating to our customers here why Ossid is the preferred packaging choice.”

Ossid serves the fresh protein, produce, seafood, bakery and medical device industries.

The North Carolina-based company is also the North American master distributor of Italian-based Reepack, a manufacturer of flexible packaging machinery known for its thermoformers, tray sealers, flow wrappers and vacuum chambers.

Inskip earned a degree in packaging science from Clemson University.
