Postharvest processing and water treatment company Wyma Solutions will debut its new water filtration machine next month.

The Micron Filter XL, developed to meet increasing demand for high-capacity, reliable water filtration that supports water reuse and reduces waste, will launch at Hort Connections 2026, set for June 1-4 at the Adelaide Convention Centre in North Terrace, Australia.

Designed for medium to large produce wash lines and packhouses, the Micron Filter XL removes fine solids from process water, helping growers and processors reduce water consumption while maintaining wash water quality, according to a news release.

This system is about supporting better water reuse outcomes without adding unnecessary complexity.”

The Micron Filter XL offers:

  • High throughput capability for modern, high-volume wash lines
  • Consistent fine sands, organic fiber and skin removal to improve recycled water quality
  • Enhanced dewatering of filtered waste for easier downstream handling and disposal
  • Improved access for cleaning, inspection and maintenance
  • Robust design suited to continuous operation in demanding operating environments
