A new machine from Idaho Steel Products aims to help potato producers experiment with product concepts without large-scale production lines

The machine, which can accommodate cylinders, squares or custom shapes, features a user-friendly interface and easy-to-clean design that results in quicker testing cycles and shorter time-to-market for new products, according to the release.

Idaho Falls-based Idaho Steel has manufactured and installed potato processing equipment since 1918.
