National Council of Agricultural Employers seeks new leader
Michael Marsh, who has led NCEA since 2017, is retiring at the end of 2025. The national trade organization is searching for a new leader
“Michael’s outstanding leadership has been integral to the success and growth of the Council,” Joel Anderson, chair of NCAE’s executive committee, said in a news release. “The Council is grateful for Michael’s commitment to America’s farming and ranching communities and his tireless efforts on behalf of agriculture.”

Ryan Ayres, vice chairman of NCAE’s executive committee and chair of the selection committee, said the organization is conducting a nationwide search for a candidate dedicated to supporting farm and ranch families.
