Kraft Heinz adds 3 to leadership team

Kraft Heinz Co. has added three new members to its North America leadership team.

Helen Davis is the company’s new senior vice president and head of North America Operations. Rebecca Dunphey is senior vice president and president of Fresh, Beverages and Desserts. Simon Laroche is the new senior vice president, president of Canada and North America Coffee.

Davis has more than 25 years of experience leading operations and supply chain and most recently worked as head of Supply Chain North America Beauty, Wellbeing and Personal Care at Unilever. She also led end-to-end functions at Estée Lauder, Coca-Cola and Reckitt Benckiser.

Dunphey most recently served as group president for The Clorox Co.’s Care & Connection division, leading seven business units. Her 20 years of experience also include international and U.S. business leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark and Unilever.

Laroche has been with Kraft Heinz for more than four years and was most recently president of Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and Japan, leading a team of about 2,500 employees. He also held several roles, including vice president of sales for the Canadian market, at Labatt Breweries of Canada.
