JLS Automation names 2 industry veterans to leadership roles
JLS Automation has promoted two industry veterans to the roles of chief technology officer and chief operating officer.
New CTO Craig Hafner will focus on developing new technologies that drive innovation at JLS and growing the company’s Advanced Development Engineering team.


New COO Craig Wolfe will oversee day-to-day business operations and lead JLS through growth opportunities.
“Their proven individual dedication to JLS and our customers, combined with their shared ability to work collaboratively in these new roles, will help pave the way for JLS’ continued growth,” said Craig Souser, JLS president and CEO.
Hafner specializes in machine design, robotics and project management, and has been at JLS for more than two decades. He has served as vice president of technology for the past 11 years.
Wolfe has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, including operations management, lean continuous improvement, maintenance, customer service, fabrication and more. He has been with JLS for 6 years, holding recent roles of vice president and general manager.
