Eriez-India earns key IOS certification
Separation technologies company Eriez-India has earned ISO 9001:2015 certification for all internal processes, including engineering and manufacturing.
The designation also covers sales and service of magnetic processing, protection, and inspection equipment.
“Meeting the rigid requirements to achieve ISO 9001 certification is one more way we demonstrate our unwavering dedication to quality and customer satisfaction,” Tim Sheehan, Eriez-India managing director, said in a news release. “Our customers can be assured we have well-defined systems in place to complete all orders on time while maintaining the highest standards for quality and performance.”
The International Organization for Standardization is an independent, non-governmental organization that develops standards to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems. ISO certification exists in many areas of industry, from energy management to social responsibility.
“Receiving this certification is a significant and proud achievement for our Eriez-India team, as well as all Eriez associates around the world,” Eriez COO Jaisen Kohmuench said. “Taking on this challenge and attaining this goal took the full cooperation and assistance of every Eriez-India employee, and they delivered.”
Eriez-India offers magnetic separation equipment as well as metal detection and materials feeding, conveying and controlling equipment for processing industries including food, packaging, mining and minerals.
Established in 1942, Pennsylvania-headquartered Eriez designs, manufactures, and markets on six continents through 12 wholly owned international subsidiaries.
