Eat Smart’s rebranded salads make mom-focused list of 20 produce items to try in 2020

Eat Smart’s new look and logo is resonating with consumer moms.

The salad kits, which come in a variety of combinations, were among the items included in the Produce Moms’ “20 Produce Items Everyone Needs to Try in 2020.”

“(We) did an enormous amount of research and vetting when we put this year’s list together,” Lori Taylor, the CEO and founder of Produce Moms, said through a press release. “We look at a variety of determining factors when deciding which produce items will make the cut. Eat Smart’s product line checked all the boxes — healthy, innovative, flavorful, convenient, and most importantly, the ability to get consumers of all ages to eat more produce.”

The company has shipped 3.5 million units of its new rebranded products.

“Eat Smart’s new identity has already tested extremely well,” said VP of Marketing Ilya Sokolov. “The new brand identity makes it easier than ever to shop Eat Smart with a smart visual language that helps consumers find products that meet their needs.”

Also making Produce Moms’ list were the United Fresh award-winning Crunk Pak Apples, Green Giant Veggie Bowls, Skinny Souping, Love Beets CeCe’s Veggie Co.’s’ Veggie Ramen Noodles, Caulilnini, That’s Tasty Microgreens, Sunions and a variety of fruits and vegetables, including jackfruits, blueberries, honeynut squash, red Anjou pears, radicchio and artichokes.
