Duravant acquires Marelec Food Technologies
Global engineered equipment and automatic solutions provider Duravant LLC has acquired Marelec Food Technologies, a leading manufacturer of intelligent portioning and customized weighing and grading solutions headquartered in Belgium.
Marelec has provided multinational customers high-tech secondary processing solutions for 40 years. Their systems utilize innovative technologies such as portioning software with intelligent cutting algorithms to help operators maximize yields and quality.

The company also has a distribution network spanning six continents and more than 50 countries.
