Companies’ customer services teams join Duravant Lifecycle Services
The customer service teams of Key Technology and PPM Technologies have joined global aftermarket network Duravant Lifecycle Services. Both companies are part of Duravant’s Food Sorting and Handling Solutions group.

The new Duravant Lifecycle Services network enables us to leverage the Duravant companies’ combined strengths to drive continuous improvement in our aftermarket offerings,” Jack Lee, Duravant group president – Food Sorting and Handling Solutions, said in a news release. “Our customers will continue to have access to the Key and PPM service teams they know and trust, and now enjoy even greater support and access to more services — wherever their food processing operations are located.”
Duravant Lifecycle Services provides installation, field services, equipment upgrades and retrofits, preventative maintenance, technical and application development support, equipment audits and remote system monitoring, as well as operator training, service protection plans and parts sales.

Key Technology designs and manufactures automation systems including optical sorters, conveyors and other processing equipment.
PPM Technologies designs, engineers and manufactures equipment for products including snack foods, cereals, confectionaries, nuts and seeds, vegetables, meats, poultry and seafood.
