CIFI to launch new sweet potato ingredient brands

Carolina Innovative Food Ingredients is launching four new ingredient brands. The new sweet potato ingredients can replace artificial sweeteners and other unpopular ingredients in clean-label applications, according to the company.

The new brands are:

• Carolina Original cloudy sweet potato juice
• Carolina Clear clarified sweet potato juice
• Carolina Craft dehydrated sweet potato ingredients
• Carolina Sweet clean label sweetener

Two additional purple sweet potato products will be launched at the 2016 IFT Show in Chicago:  purple sweet potato juice concentrate and purple sweet potato granules.
