Center for Produce Safety provides listeria resources
The Center for Produce Safety has responded to a number of industry requests to provide resources around the understanding and management of listeria. With the assistance of regulatory agencies, scientists, and industry associations’ resources have been posted to the CPS website resources page. CPS staff will continue to post new materials as they become available.
The documents on the website’s resources page include:
- CPS Key Learnings – summary of 85 research projects conducted by some of the world’s leading produce food scientists
- 2014 CPS Produce Research Symposium – Key Learnings
- CPS Agriculture Water Research Report
