Braga Fresh debuts organic chopped salad kits

Braga Fresh has debuted two new organic chopped salad kits under the Josie’s Organics product line: Organic Sweet Kale Chopped Salad and Organic Asian Chopped Salad.

Josie’s Organics Sweet Kale Chopped Salad (10 oz.) is a mix of organic kale, green cabbage, broccoli and radicchio. The organic toppings included in the kit are roasted pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and poppyseed dressing. Josie’s Organics Asian Chopped Salad kit (12 oz.) is a combination of organic green cabbage, celery, carrots, cilantro and green onions, plus organic almonds, sesame seeds, wonton strips and sesame dressing.

The easy-open bags offer an extra level of convenience and provide an even greater premium experience to drive preference and repeat sales, according to Braga Fresh.

Both salads are merchandised in the signature Josie’s Organics blue polka dot bags. Braga Fresh also uses technology that extends product shelf life and an innovative structural design allowing retailers to display additional facings in the same amount of space, according to the company.
