AvoFresco is expanding distribution of its fresh, squeezable guacamole pouches into 700 additional Walmart stores, bringing its total footprint with the nationwide retailer to 3,000 locations.
California-based AvoFresco is expanding distribution of its fresh, squeezable guacamole pouches into 700 additional Walmart stores, bringing its total footprint with the nationwide retailer to 3,000 locations.
“Reaching 3,000 Walmart stores is a turning point for AvoFresco and a clear signal that consumers are looking for fresher, more convenient ways to enjoy avocado every day,” Ardy Haerizadeh, AvoFresco senior vice president of sales and operations, said in a news release.
“AvoFresco is helping redefine the condiment category by bringing the flavor, healthy fats and fiber of fresh avocados into a space traditionally dominated by less nutritrious options.”
The pouches, priced at $4.98, are also available at Meijer stores, as well as Albertsons locations in Southern California and Hannaford stores in New England, according to the release.
