Applications are now open for the IFPA Leadership Program, a year-long program which includes customized trips, hands-on training with industry experts and interactive experiences with influential leaders.
Twelve high-potential, mid-level produce and/or floral industry professionals will be selected for the program, now in its 29th year and centered around four pillars: leadership development; business relationships; government and public affairs; and media and public communications.
Applicants must be employed by an International Fresh Produce Association member company.
Applications close June 20. Selected participants will be announced in September.
