2024 Food Safety Summit to offer 2 new courses

Two new certificate courses will be offered at the 2024 Food Safety Summit, set for May 6-9 in Rosemont, Illinois, in addition to three returning courses.

The two new courses are Preventive Controls for Human Foods 2.0, a 2.5-day course designed to ensure safe manufacturing/processing, packing and holding of food products, and Active Managerial Control for Leaders, a one-day workshop exploring the relationship between food safety culture, food safety management systems and operational excellence within an organization.

The 2024 Food Safety Summit education program will offer a range of topics affecting industry professionals including advancing leaders, best practice sharing for traceability, the life of an outbreak investigation, and using big data and artificial intelligence.

Early bird registration is available until March 31.
