Caulipower introduces frozen dill pickle pizza
Vegetable-based frozen food manufacturer Caulipower has introduced a frozen dill pickle pizza, available at Whole Foods nationwide for the first quarter of 2025.
“I’m Kind of a Big Dill” features a cauliflower crust, creamy dill pickle brine sauce, roasted garlic and mozzarella topped with fresh dill. The gluten-free pizza has 400 calories and 14 grams of protein per half serving and retails for $9.99, according to the company.

“This isn’t just a pizza — it’s a flavor revolution,” Caulipower founder Gail Becker said in the release. “To celebrate the humble pickle’s new celebrity status, we added it to our signature cauliflower crust offering consumers a veggie-forward option that proves you can still enjoy pizza without compromise.”
The company plans expanded distribution later in 2025.
Caulipower’s gluten-free products, including frozen pizzas and pizza crusts, pasta and chicken, can be found in 25,000 stores nationwide.
Becker founded the company in 2016 to help provide nutritious options for her two sons with Celiac disease, an autoimmune disease which renders sufferers unable to process gluten.
