Webinar to focus on implementation of labor rule

An upcoming webinar aims to help agriculture employers navigate evolving labor regulations and compliance requirements.

The National Council of Agricultural Employers will play host to a free webinar, “From Paper to Practice: Engaging the IFR for Ag Employers,” on April 2 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

The session will focus on practical implementation of the Interim Final Rule (IFR) and what it means for agricultural operations.

Registration is free and open to the public.

Organizers say the session is designed to provide actionable guidance, helping farm employers understand policy changes to apply them in their operations.

The NCAE launched its webinar series to address complex issues facing agricultural employers, with a particular focus on labor, regulatory updates and workforce management.
