Vanguard Food closes on transaction involving Village Farms
Vanguard Food LP has closed on a transaction that privatized certain assets and operations of Village Farms International’s fresh produce segment.
Vanguard Food is a privately held produce industry joint venture between Kennedy Lewis Investment Management, Sweat Equities, and Village Farms International of Delta, British Columbia.
The previously announced transaction privatized certain assets and operations of Village Farms International’s fresh produce segment, according to a news release.
