Meritech develops new shoe sanitizing system
Meritech has designed and developed the XBW Soles Only Scrubber, a fully automated boot/shoe sanitizing system for use in food production and other commercial environments.
The company’s newest system offers entryway footwear scrubbing and sanitizing on work boots, street shoes, and other footwear at a rate of up to 20 employees per minute. This system is ideal for any facility looking to eliminate footwear as a vector for the spread of listeria, salmonella, and other dangerous pathogens, according to Meritech.

The XBW Soles Only Scrubber is the newest addition to Meritech’s line of boot and shoe hygiene solutions. All of Meritech’s footwear hygiene products are fully automated, easy and safe to use, easy to clean and maintain, according to the company. Food processors receive two complimentary visits annually for calibration and certification. Like all Meritech products, the equipment is designed and manufactured in Golden, Colorado.
