HACCP workshop designed for fresh-cut industry

The University of Georgia is presenting “Hands-On HACCP for the Fresh-Cut Industry” May 22-24 in Athens, Ga.

The program has been specifically designed for the fresh-cut industry and is accredited by the International HACCP Alliance. Through lectures and work group discussions led by a faculty of food microbiologists, HACCP experts and authorities from academia, industry and government, participants should obtain knowledge and skills to design, implement, document and maintain Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point standards in their own fresh-cut operations.
